Lahaina 2020
This class started outdoors in early 2000 on the steps of the old Lahaina civic center. A couple of years later, they built us the West Maui Senior Center on Lahaina Luna Street. Now, each Monday I do three classes here. This is my 9 AM class, they know the first two sections of the Long Form. At 10AM I do a beginner Long Form class and at 11:30 there is a Qigong/neigong class.
